Do my clients need to download an app?

No. The card lives in Apple Wallet, next to their credit cards. Clients on Android get the same rewards and points on a simple web page.

How long does setup take?

You already made your card in 10 seconds. To go live you pick your rewards, print your QR and put it at the front desk. A step-by-step guide shows you each part.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Not to look around. You set up your whole program first, then add your card on Stripe's secure page right before it goes live for your clients. You pay $0 that day and nothing for 30 days. Your first charge is $19.99 on day 30, and if you cancel before then in 2 taps, you pay nothing.

Is it only for med spas?

No. It works for any appointment business with regulars: med spas, salons, barbershops, nail studios, lash and brow studios, and spas.
